The founder knew recovery from the inside, and had built a method and a community to help injured people rebuild their physical and mental strength. What they didn't have was an engineering team.

We started with a two-week discovery sprint: who the app is for, what someone in recovery needs on a hard day, and which parts genuinely needed AI. That shaped a focused first release instead of a long feature list.

The result is an AI-enabled web and mobile experience with personalized programs, an AI coach grounded in the founder's own method, and progress tracking that makes small wins visible.

We designed for people who may be dealing with fatigue or cognitive strain: calm screens, short sessions and one clear next step at a time. AI responses are constrained to the founder's approved guidance.

The founder owns all of the code and product IP. We stayed on after launch, improving the app as the community grew.
