What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our contact or booking forms, we receive your name, work email, company, the topic and timeline you choose, and your message.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, approximate location, browser type and pages requested. It is used for security, to block spam and abuse, and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Services that help run this site

• Hostinger hosts this website and processes and sends on the messages you submit through our forms.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our email, where your messages are received and stored.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps us tell people from bots on our forms. It may process your IP address and browser information for that purpose.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

These providers process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here.

Where your information is handled

Our team works in the United States and India, so enquiries may be read and answered from either country. Our service providers may process information in other countries where they operate.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The security check on our forms may use strictly necessary technical data to work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing info@vannainfotech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to access a summary of your personal data, to have it corrected, completed, updated or erased, to withdraw consent, and to have a grievance addressed.
