Operate and keep improving.

Delivery is not the finish line. We run, secure and continuously improve the applications, cloud platforms, data pipelines and AI systems your business depends on, with agreed service levels and monthly reporting you can act on.

When support isn't enough.

Most managed services keep the lights on. These are the problems that tell you that's not enough anymore.

Support that only keeps the lights on

Tickets get closed, but nothing gets better, and the same issues come back.

Releases that break things

Changes go out without enough testing, and every release feels like a risk.

Vendor updates that eat a sprint

Quarterly and patch updates mean weeks of manual testing and firefighting.

Cloud bills nobody owns

Costs grow every month, and no one is accountable for bringing them down.

Data pipelines that fail silently

Loads break overnight and the business finds out from a wrong report.

AI in production with no one watching

Answers drift, costs creep up, and nobody can show what the AI did or why.

Two layers of service.

Most clients start with the first. The second is added wherever AI is in production.

Layer 1

Application and cloud operations

Keep systems running, current and improving.

  • Production support and incident management
  • Enhancements and continuous engineering
  • Release management and regression testing
  • Cloud operations, monitoring and cost control
  • DevSecOps and CI/CD
  • Data pipeline monitoring and data quality
  • Security patching and access reviews
  • Vendor update readiness, including Oracle quarterly updates

Layer 2

AI assurance and operations

Keep AI systems accurate, safe and affordable after launch.

  • Evaluation and regression testing of AI behavior
  • Monitoring of answers, retrieval and drift
  • Guardrails and content controls
  • Agent permissions and action verification
  • Audit trails of what the AI did, and why
  • Model and usage cost management
  • Model and prompt change control
  • Incident response for AI-specific issues

What a month with us looks like.

The rhythm is the same whatever we operate, so you know what was done and what comes next.

  1. RunEvery day

Monitoring, alerting and incident handling against agreed response and resolution targets by severity.

  2. ChangeEvery release

Enhancements and fixes shipped through tested, reversible releases on an agreed calendar.

  3. ImproveEvery month

A standing backlog of reliability, security, performance and cost improvements, not just tickets.

  4. ReportMonthly service review

Service levels, incidents and root causes, changes shipped, run cost and recommendations, reviewed with your leadership.

A structured transition from your current provider.

Handover is where managed services usually fail. Ours follows the same four steps every time, typically over 2 to 6 weeks with a dated plan agreed up front, and service levels start at handover, once you've signed off the transition checklist.

  • Discover. Access, architecture, runbooks, open incidents and known risks, documented in week one
  • Shadow. We work alongside your current team or provider and handle tickets under their supervision
  • Reverse shadow. We lead, they check, and gaps in documentation are closed
  • Run. Service levels start, with a 30-day review of how the transition went
  • Scoped access. Least-privilege accounts, named individuals, and access removed when the work ends
  • No lock-in. Runbooks and documentation stay current and belong to you, so you can move on if you need to

Security is part of operations

Security built in. Evidence you can see.

Security isn't a separate project. It's built into how we change, release and run your systems, and you can see the evidence.

Built into the pipeline
  • Dependency and secret scanning
  • Infrastructure as code with peer review
  • Least-privilege access and regular reviews
  • Backups and tested recovery
Visible to you
  • Change and access logs
  • Patch and vulnerability status
  • Incident root-cause reports
  • Help with your vendor security assessments

Track record.

Long-running operations work is the best evidence of how a team behaves when things go wrong.

Questions leaders ask before switching providers.

The questions that matter when a business-critical system is at stake.

What coverage hours do you provide?

Coverage across US and India working hours is standard, which gives long daily coverage. Critical incidents outside those hours are handled through an on-call rota agreed in the service contract, with response targets set by severity. Round-the-clock coverage for critical systems can be agreed.

Do you only support systems you built?

No. Most of what we operate was built by someone else. The transition is designed for exactly that.

How do service levels work?

Before we start, we agree response and resolution targets by severity, coverage hours, escalation paths and how performance is reported. They're reviewed in the monthly service review.

Can you work alongside our internal team?

Yes. Many clients keep ownership of some areas and hand others to us. We agree who does what, and use your ticketing and communication tools.

How do you keep costs from creeping up?

Run cost is one of the metrics we report every month, and cost reduction is a standing item in the improvement backlog.

What happens if we want to leave?

Documentation and runbooks are kept current and belong to you, and we support an orderly handover. We'd rather earn renewal than depend on lock-in.

Start with an Operations Review.

About two weeks, fixed scope. You'll see where your current model is costing you, and what a better one would look like.

  • Incident and ticket patterns, and their root causes
  • Release and change-failure risks
  • Cloud and run-cost opportunities
  • Security and access gaps
  • A proposed service model and transition plan
